Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Malibu’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this Project in Serra Retreat was in need of a change. The house was left abandoned on the creek. This was a cosmetic choice made by the previous owner, an unappealing one. Using imagination and the trust of the client, the design process began leading to a great transformation. The green exterior walls and basic interior decorations left a blank canvas on the market for a new buyer with a great vision. Working on this project was successful since the owner was looking to purify the architecture and create an amazing space.
